Refund policies and process
The policy is valid after you successfully make the payment and receive the confirmation email by Mandarin Holidays. If you cancel the booking at least 14 days in advance, Mandarin Holidays will deduct 5% of the full amount of the travel product. If you cancel the booking within 14 days before the departure, your trip is non-refundable due to the Trip Supplier policy. Please contact our customer support for more details. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product, or service of each Trip.
Your order status
You can check your order status on your user dashboard page; you may choose to pay your order using PayPal on that page.
Payment method
We currently accept credit and PayPal payment. For PayPal payment, you can directly make a payment on our website. For card payment, we will notify you to provide valid credit card information via email, you are responsible to provide the valid card information. Mandarin Holidays will keep the confidentiality of your banking information.
Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
Many of our travel partners continue to review and update their policies. You may be able to cancel your upcoming trips or products at no penalty and receive the equal amount of the credits or refund. However, please contact our customer support for detailed information.
