PayPal Payment:
Choose your trip——Submit your booking——Secondary confirmation
After your order has been successfully confirmed, please check your email. You can write a review after the trip and gain extra discount for your next trip.
If your payment is declined, please contact Mandarin Holidays online customer support on the official website, or send an email to info@mandarinholidays.com. You are responsible to clarify your issue of payment in the email.
Credit Card Payment:

After you submit your order, Mandarin Holidays will notify you to provide valid credit card information via email. Please make the payment in 1-3 business days. After the payment is received, you will receive the confirmation email. You can write a review after the trip and gain extra discount for your next trip.

You can check your order status on your user dashboard page; you may choose to pay your order using PayPal on this page.
*If your trip needed to be modified or cancelled due to force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, etc.), Mandarin Holidays will notify you via email and list recommended trip options to you. If you choose to accept the recommended trip, you shall send email to us and confirm your choice. The updated trip amount will adopt the policy of refunding for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. If you choose to decline the recommended options and request a refund, Mandarin Holidays will confirm and process in 5-7 business days.
Travel Preparations
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance and the required travel documents for your trip. This includes (but is not limited to) your passport/national ID card, visas, and medical documents (such as proof of vaccinations).
- By offering Travel Products to or in a particular destination, we are not advising or confirming that you can travel to and/or around that destination without risk. You are responsible for checking for any travel warnings or restrictions in the destination you are travelling to and/or around, both before you book and before you travel.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain any vaccinations required for your trip, and to follow any medical advice you have received.
- Mandarin Holidays will send the invoice to your email within 7 days before the departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Some travel products do not support partial refund. Please refer to policies for each travel product.
2. The policy is valid after you successfully make the payment and receive the confirmation email by Mandarin Holidays:
3. If you cancel the booking at least 14 days in advance, Mandarin Holidays will deduct 5% of the full amount of the travel product.
4. If you cancel the booking within 14 days before the departure, your trip is non-refundable due to the Trip Supplier policy. Please contact our customer support for more details.
5. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product, or service of each Trip.
6. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards, or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Trip Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
